Sunken SV cover in carriageway

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 4 minutes later. Council ref: 360187.

O/s 151 Hykeham Road. Due to years of surface dressing and vehicles over-run this SV cover is a lot lower than the carriageway and I believe the mortar bed under the frame has started to fail due to the fact the cover sits directly in the n/s wheel track. Over-run from buses and HGVs sends shock waves through adjacent properties. The cover needs lifting to be flush with carriageway to remove this ongoing issue. This issue has been present for a number of months. Thank you.
