Re-reported to LLC highways via telephone call. I explained that a repair team had arrived two weeks after the initial report was submitted but due to all the numerous potholes being full of water due to the torrential rain on that day they did not carry out any repairs. I was today advised that the next scheduled repair date is in early March.

The usual "repair" team arrived in the form of a lorry and two younger men who proceeded to fill in approx two thirds of the potholes over a three day period, a job I might add would have been completed by two more mature workers in one day. The normal method of repair was utilised i.e. one man fills in the pothole and the other drives the lorry over the repair to consolidate the material. No sign of a whacker plate being used but that's to be expected.
