The junction floods whenever it rains

Reported in the Flooding category anonymously at 14:04, Wed 4 December 2019

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 2 minutes later. Council ref: 360631.

The junction of West Elloe Avenue floods whenever it rains. There is usually a huge puddle on the north western side of the junction, next to the pedestrian crossing. When traffic travelling south doen Pinchbeck Road turn left onto West Elloe, they travel through the huge puddle and cause a big spray of water onto the pavement.

It's so bad that even when the water has subsided, dirt and foliage is left well into the middle of the road.
