Water now freezing making it dangerous.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 360716.

For months now this drain has been blocked and it appears that nothing has been done. The water on the road surface is now freezing making this a dangerous problem. It should be attended to quickly.
