Culvert under road blocked

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 4 minutes later. Council ref: 361713.

The culvert under the highway is blocked which takes water from the ditch to the north of the road to the ditch on the south side. The culvert is located approx. 120m from the B1202 on the lane leading to Thurgarton Wood House.
