Flooding paths /blocked drains

Paths are flooding due to blocked drains and overgrown grass covering some drains that cant even be seen now.the main problem starts outside number 68 then continues up past 69 and past the bungalow at 70 to all down the pathway where the large connifers are water comes off the road and has no where to go. the drain outside the bungalow is solid to near the top with mud its been like this for years and needs sorting please. the whole path down here needs looking at too really as the valley system that is meant to take excess water to the drains are all blocked with leaves or overgrowth also.

The problem has not been fixed , whats been done is someone has cleared the leaves off the path between no 67 and 61 - the opposite direction to the problem. ive added more photos again taken this morning 1st shows the area outside the bungalow(70) and the path going past the trees that floods in 2 places , the 2nd shows the drain is still blocked and the 3rd is futher down the path past the big gate where water pools in the middle from the road and rain because it cannot get to the drains either side, you can see from previous pictures how deep it gets .
