50 mph flashing sign

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 362198.

Wind turbine has dropped off the top of the nearside 50mph speed warning sign, solar panel not supplying enough electricity causing flashing intermittently.

Still randomly flashing, it's lost the top part of the pole with a wind turbine that charges battery. It looks to be a lamp column fixture adjacent to the A158.
