Water coming from recently reconstructed footpath

Reported in the Obstruction on pavement/verge category anonymously at 16:12, Mon 30 December 2019

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 362538.

Following reconstruction of the footpath by county council contractors residents have reported water oozing out of the tarmac footpath. It is alleged a pipe has been damaged by the contractor. The water is a slip hazard, it freezes over in the evenings when the temperature falls. Can the site be investigated and a repair carried out quickly please.
