Flooded, muddy

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 362582.

This happens every time it rains, the whole road width of the road is flooded. There is also a lot of mud and rocks on the road left by farmers and not cleaned up. Making walking hazardous and I personally have had few falls, luckily not injured .
