Footpath being obstructed

Public footpath from Manor Lane to Wheatley crosses a yard. Owner of yard keeps parking vehicles in such a way as to make access difficult or to deter use of footpath.

No signage indicating right of way either.

Requires intervention of footpath officer to ensure right of way is not obstructed and signage introduced to assist public access
