Pinchbeck Road signals not working for bicycles V2

Reported in the Signals stuck on red category anonymously at 12:19, Fri 10 January 2020

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 11 minutes later. Council ref: 363586.

When travelling north on Pinchbeck Road by bicycle, when you get to the junction of King's Road, if the lights are red they do not change to green for you. You either have to wait for a vehicle to arrive (which triggers a change) or dismount and cross road as a pedestrian.

My previous report on this has been closed with no further action. However, the problem still persists.
