  • Cones have been placed in the highway to "protect" either further degeneration of the subsidence or road users, without any warning signs to road-users. If a utility company carried out such practices, they would be fined. There are no streetlights after midnight and this is causing a further hazard. Please sort this out as a matter of urgency.
