Small posts stuck in ground

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 363841.
Small poles/canes been inserted into the ground protruding approx 4 ft. Difficult to see and will cause damage to vehicles as on single track road. Verge used for cars to safely pass.
