Standing water due to a combination of blocked gullies and damaged drainage system on Eastfield Rd ,east of the junction with St Bernard’s Avenue on both sides of the road.The outfall run is to the north through the car park of the block of flats which form the NE arm of the junction.This is a long standing issue and often results in pedestrians including schoolchildren being drowned in water from passing cars

  • This fault will be assessed for the possibility of future permanent works and prioritised according to our Highways Asset Management Plan.
    Our programme of works is available at http://www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/ highways-works-programmes and is updated every Autumn. All requests are prioritised within the available annual budget so works may not appear on the next programme.
    However, we will continue to monitor this location as part of our routine inspection schedule and issue temporary repairs, where necessary, in accordance with our response times for fault reports.
