Manhole/drain cover on road/cycleway problem

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4141965.

Customer called in that a child had walked along Queens road Spalding and after treading on a gully grate, found that it flipped down inside it self causing their leg to drop in. They weren't badly injured however.
