Several lights aren’t working

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 364184.

Several lights aren’t working correctly on the blue foot bridge going over the train tracks at Lincoln station, this is a health and safety issue, unsafe for people at night!

Graffiti sprayed on the road the offender needs to be prosecuted and dealt with severely.
