Loose manhole cover

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 364435.

Loose manhole cover. Making large noise whenever car tyre hits it. Routinely wakes residents up during the night whenever a vehicle hits it. Has been reported on numerous occasions and yet nothing seems to be done about it.
