Drivers misreading filter signals

When travelling along Newark Road towards Brant Road there are three lanes. Left is filter to Brant Road and other two are to continue along Newark Road heading towards Hykeham. When the highlighted traffic light changes for the left hand (Brant Road) filter, it is visible to the other two lanes. It changes from red to red/amber then left filter. Often vehicles from the other two lanes go through what is still a red light to them. I have seen may near misses including this morning when I was turning right out of Brant Road onto Newark Road heading towards the City Centre. I have dash cam footage available but could not add to this message.
