Blocked drain between 88 & 90 Stamford Street.

This drain has been blocked for over 18 months. It has been previously reported. It appears to have been routinely cleaned yesterday (27/01/20) but this has only removed surface debris. When it rains this drain does not collect water.

    How can the state for this be changed to "No further action"? This drain is very much still blocked - nothing has happened to it since it was reported...
