Unaccessible public footpaths and rights of way for both able bodied and disabled users
Reported in the Obstruction on pavement/verge category anonymously at 09:28, Wed 29 January 2020
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 365518.
Public footpaths and rights of way in the Ingoldmells vicinity are inaccessible to all who wish to use them. Most gates are as above unable to be opened (it looks as if someone has knocked over the catch), the grass has not been cut or maintained. The style is accessible on one side but a big drop on the other which could cause possible injury. The footpaths do not cater for the needs of the disabled and those who require the use of mobility scooters or wheel chairs. This has a detrimental effect on their liberty and the chance for them to enjoy the countryside with their friends and family or on their own if they so wish. This situation needs to be rectified.
