Large depression in road surface

Reported in the Road surface issue category anonymously at 16:19, Wed 29 January 2020

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 2 minutes later. Council ref: 365573.

A 50 yard length of this road has a long history of underground running silt which has caused collapses to the AWS combined sewer over a 40 year period. In the LAST 2 WEEKS a considerable worsening of one area which can be clearly seen. (up to 6 inches deep and covering most of the highway width.) History will show that in the past there has been SEVERE underground erosion caused by cracked sewer causing a large voids to be created. Significant cracking of this 50 yards length is visible in the road surface. This may well be causing a danger to traffic.
