Pedestrian crossing at the forum N.Hykeham takes ages to stop traffic

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 365756.

Was much better before the new lights installed. Now takes ages before it stops traffic and traffic usually cleared before lights stop traffic. I avoid using crossing if I can and wait for gap to hurry across. Very annoying waiting there if nothing on road.
