There is a jagged ?metal projection about 6 inches from a hole in the pavement. This is a potential hazard for pedestrians as it is difficult to see and could easily result in injury to the feet and legs. I obtained a red plastic bag from Mini Poli store and attached it to the metal to highlight the danger.
