Dropped kerb and concrete plinth damaged

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 366687.
Damaged dropped kerb and guttering plinth is protruding significantly above normal level of path/kerb height. There is a substantial slip/trip/fall hazard to pedestrians and potential damage to vehicles. The dropped kerb is adjacent to the end of the drive to Number 58 Tudor road, Doddington park. The protrusion has significantly worsened over the last few months.
