Footpath flooding

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 2 minutes later. Council ref: 366719.

The footpath has yet again flooded from run off from the arboretum and as there's no drain on the footpath that runs alongside monks road and the arboretum it has flooded. This is a regular occurrence where its not passable.

    The footpath is still flooded and has got water running down the entire length before pooling in an are. The path is impassable. The water is running off the Arboretum one end and running down the pathway
