Numerous deep pot holes that have been previously 'bodged' - situated near Dorothy Avenue/Grosvenor Road, Skegness - infront of 36 Dorothy Avenue, Skegness
Reported in the Pothole on road/cycleway category anonymously at 19:22, Thu 13 February 2020
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 366822.
These pot holes have been previously repaired (bodged) no end of times. Each time they are repaired eventually they come back. The road clearly needs re-surfacing as the potholes will just keep coming back as the thorough-fare of vehicles using Dorothy Avenue on a daily basis seems to be increasing. There are numerous potholes that almost merge into a handful of larger potholes and therefore the easiest way to avoid any accidents and/or claims would be to re-surface the road. It is extremely dangerous when Emergency Services vehicles rush by at speed and if they were to hit a pothole whilst rushing to an Emergency then the consequences could be horrendous.
