7th February 2020 Cars parked on lhs necessitating me to drive on rhs of the road of Tennyson avenue, joining Uplands Drive, hit the pothole and damaged my car, spring broken. Repairs carried out to my car by my usual mechanic, invoice has now been received. As there quite a few potholes on the road I was not travelling at speed.

  • I was walking near the area where I reported the pothole in the road and see that they have now been filled in. However you have not got back to me as to whether I am entitled to the money I have paid out to repair my car. Obviously with current situation I expected a delay, however you have fixed the road, you therefore feel it was a danger, and I should expect compensation from LCC very soon. The invoice came to £81.59
