Sign has been removed by adjacent housing building aite

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 11 hours, 29 minutes later. Council ref: 367652.

"unsuitable for hgv" sign has been removed by contractors at the adjacent building site compound. Road is now being used as cut through by HGVs.
