Footpath Impassable. Pedestrians having to walk in road

Reported in the Flooding category anonymously at 18:11, Monday 24 February 2020

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 367934.

This flooding issue has been avoided / ignored by Highways for over 5 years and it is not getting any better. As the photo clearly shows the route of the footpath across this road is flooded to a point of enforcing pedestrians to have to walk in the road into oncoming traffic on a blind bend. This footpath is used by children to get to school, people walking to work and other residents exercising their dogs. Why is Highways completely uninterested in resolving this long term issue?
