Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 368249.

This problem was fixed last year but has now come back with the new road surface breaking up and the ground underneath beginning to sink. The area affected is becoming larger with signs of the road beginning to collapse towards to other side of the road from the original problem.
