Blocked drain flooding footpath

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 368459.

The drain backs up every time it rains and floods the roadside and footpath. Passing cars cause large waves that can soak pedestrians

    If you call filling the blocked drain with a load of tar a “fix” then you must be crazy! The drain needs unblocking not filling with tar and blocking it even more. The rain will still collect there and flood the footpath making it difficult not to get soaked when walking past! Please fix this properly.
