Submerged pothole, ripped the inside wall of my tyre.
Reported in the Pothole on road/cycleway category anonymously at 00:13, Tue 3 March 2020
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 2 minutes later. Council ref: 368704.
Location: East side of Ings Lane, Covenham.
This pothole has been here for two months and I reported it (No. 1986516). You closed the issue for lack of information. You wanted more details? Are you joking? I was nearly run over trying to get pictures of this on a dangerous bend. I described and photographed the location. I can't sweep the water out (the flooding also needs to be fixed) so I can't take a picture of the hole itself. The bristles of the brush are over 4 inches long and are completely submerged, so that shows the depth. Put on a pair of wellies and walk along the edge of the road here and you will find it. Meanwhile I see another report at this location, where the steering was damaged. So I am submitting more pictures, but could not resubmit all previous because of your limit on numbers of photos. So please refer to my previous report. Of course there is also the issue of the flooding, which is also nearly 2 months old.
