• We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. We have assessed the fault in accordance with our Highways Infrastructure Asset Management Plan and it does not require urgent action. We will continue to monitor this location as part of our routine inspection schedule. If the fault deteriorates significantly please report this again to us. Thank you for reporting this matter.

• Disagree with your refusal to take action - the pothole is 1mtr square and has a depression of more than 100mmm plus the fact the grid moves when run over, needs action now please.
