Block drain. Still not cleared despite multiple reports!

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 369385.
Blocked drain on Iddesleigh Road (1 of 3). Has been reported multiple times. Work order is created and then signed off as 'complete' without ever being cleared! Someone is being paid for work not being carried out!

This fault will be fixed as part of our next cycle of works. We cut the grass three times a year and treat weeds twice a year between April and October. We clean highway drains once a year.

This is not an acceptable solution. Annual cleaning is part of on-going maintenance. This is a blocked drain and requires cleaning outside of normal maintenance. The blocked drain is causing localised flooding to the only pavement. To be cleaned within 7 days or the gulley cover will be removed,
