Numerous potholes, some VERY LARGE, many more LARGE, BIG and MEDIUM in size, continue to fester and grow, in several places now working towards meeting in the middle making avoidance impossible. Left as it is/has been, this lane can only get worse. The issue is NOT going to go away by simply ignoring it. The Council have allowed the sudden increase in use by the commercial concern at the bottom. Surely the Council have some responsibility to the residence along that lane whos general well being and quality of life is being badly effected, every time they leave and return too their homes. To hear of a long term plan would be interesting BUT it`s TODAY and TOMORROW that is the IMMEDIATE problem that needs attention NOW!

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 369429.
POTHOLES and more POTHOLES. Some VERY LARGE and DEEP. Some not quite so but ALL affecting local residence VERY BADLY !. In several places some of the LARGER POTHOLES are trying to meet in the middle, making avoidance impossible. A long term plan will be interesting to hear but it`s TODAY and TOMORROW that interests us more. This problem can only get worse. It is NOT going to go away by simply ignoring it. I assume the Council gave permission for the commercial use at the far end of the lane, increasing traffic flow of all vehicles INCLUDING HEAVY GOODS VEHICLES (Lorries). Does the Council take ANY responsibility of their actions towards local residence ? AND does the term `Adopted Road`, have any meaning in reality whatsoever. Is it just another case of the modern disease, when noone or anything ACTUALLY accepts ANY responsibility for ANYTHING that they may EVER SAY or DO ???????
