Wheelie bins outside property boundaries and obstructing passage

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 2 minutes later. Council ref: 369468.

The wheelie bins responsible are from residents of queen Street Stamford. No34 35 36 and 50. It started with no 50 about 6 mths ago. In the last 3 months more residents are leaving their bins in the access required for emergency vehicles and garages. It is the access road to the rear garages between Kings Road and Queens Street (not shown on your map but the road is adopted by the highways authority).

  • Please note error in original post. No 34 is not an issue as I think the bin was just left outside after this weeks recycling.

  • No 53 now also leaving bin on highway. Reversing van collided with it about 1hr again.
