Sunken drain and broken water gulley. Uneven edge of road therefore unable to make it look decent

Reported in the Damaged road edge, encroaches more than 100mm category anonymously at 08:37, Wednesday 11 March 2020

Hi I've noticed that some areas on Brand End Road in Butterwick have white markings for repairs. We have had a sunken drain and a broken water gulley on the road in front of our property for many years. Rain and surface water collects on our drive instead of running into the drain. We try to make the roadside area look tidy but it's very difficult as there's a very uneven road border as you can see in the photographs. If you are able to make repairs and give us a defined road edge it would considerably improve the appearance of our road and be very much appreciated. Many thanks
