This report was attached incorrectly to a works order for emergency attendance to the initial defect at the location in February (removal of the tree). Our system automatically updated you based on this completed works order status. We are sorry for the confusion caused with this report. Thank you for taking action where you were not required to do so, that should not have been the case. As we have attended the site and seen that the location is safe we will be taking no further action. Thank you for reporting this matter.
