Pothole now collapsed

This pothole has now collapsed as per photographs. It is nearly in middle of road and is very dangerouse for cars and cyclists, will continue to get bigger. This has been repaired several times just by putting more tarmac on top and not been looked at as to why it is happening. Needs urgent attention
