Fall due to uneven pavement

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 370265.

On March 27th 2020, I fell on the pavement outside Nos 17/19 Arnhem Way, Woodhall Spa, Ln10 6tj. I dint just trip, but was sprawled out, causing damage to my knee and face. I understand that the dangerous pavement has already been reported to you on February 16th, by Mrs Sixsmith of Arnhem Way. It would be greatly appreciated if improvements could be made along this stretch of pavement.
