Excerpt from the LC Legal Order. 14. The centre line of the carriageway shall be marked on the crossing between the stop lines mentioned above and for a distance 15 metres on each side of the railway measure along the centre of the carriageway from the stop lines with a reflectorized double continuous line carriageway marking of the size, colour and type shown in Diagram 1004 in the Regulations.

We acknowledge that the lining needs refreshing however it is not the time of year as of yet due to the weather conditions. Please resubmit your enquiry in the spring/summer time when lining is much more effective. Thank you for reporting this matter.
