So overgrown path isn't now wide enough to walk up

Path from layby to layby is so overgrown that the path beside a151 is so overgrown with grass mud weed that in wet it's like walking on ice in dry it's that narrow can only see less than 12 inches of path below grass that's overgrown it whole length of this path is like it
