Omn Mill Lane, just outside village there is a blocked Drain chamber

Reported in the Damaged dyke, ditch or culvert category by Claire Wills at 12:06, Tuesday 12 May 2020

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 371234.

As you leave the village via Mill Lane, after the last house in the village, there is a roadside ditch that meets a ditch in the field on the left hand side. the field on the left hand side belongs to us and we have dug the ditch and found a drain chamber. The drain chamber is blocked with soil, it needs jetting out. I believe this to be a highways matter as the drain chamber is on the road side and not in the field. The field has not drained well over the winter with all the rain, and now its dry we are completing some work clearing the ditches that surround the field.
