Shoddy workmanship on the newly laid surface to the pavement where it adjoins the concrete kerb and grass verge. Outside No. 29 and to some distance either side.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 371316.
Just untidy and prone to peeling away from the concrete kerb stone. They managed to do it properly for most of the other stretches of pavement - why not this one? It was imprecise positioning of the masking tape that they used that caused the problem in Wellhead Lane.
