We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. We have assessed the fault in accordance with our Highways Infrastructure Asset Management Plan and it does not require urgent action. We have a duty to maintain the highway, trees/hedges encroaching onto private property are not an immediate concern. The maintenance of growth on private land lies with the property owner. We will continue to monitor this location as part of our routine inspection schedule. If the fault deteriorates significantly please report this again to us. Thank you for reporting this matter.
