Pothole repair and worn carriageway surface

Reported in the Road surface issue category anonymously at 13:57, Wednesday 20 May 2020

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 371512.

You have finally 'repaired' the pothole a this location however, this section of road on the opposite side of the road from Roffe's Butchers has not been resurfaced since the red tarmac was put down many years ago, it is extremely worn and lumpy, the poithole 'repair' is in black tarmac in a red section and stands proud of the surface by about 1/2 an inch. You appear to have marked the whole worn section as needing repair but have not done so. As a result of the rough road surface and first the pothole, now the repair, our property at 35-39 Chapelgate is suffering serious vibration from lorries and farm tractors, this has been going on for months now. If the road is not dead smooth the house starts shaking worse than the earthquake that went through here a few year ago. Please get this sorted properly, not a bodge up.
