Concrete inspection cover in path broken

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 372541.

There is a large concrete inspection cover in the pavement, it is made of concrete and metal. It has broken and has a hole in it which you could trip in or even your foot could go in the hole.
