  • Further road surface water and that of your recent resurfacing materials creating further damage to my home and property. The continued lack of responses have thus been duly expected and anticipated and accordingly, it is now befitting that all consequential actions are thus directly be addressed and progressed to councillor Richard Davies .

  • On going road flooding due to blocked road drainage system, with additional on going contamination of local driveway and driveway drainage system due to the failures of LCC to be in compliance and follow correct highway standard surface road dressing. As a consequence the first entrance level driveway entrance drainage system having been previously destroyed by the non standard procedure adopted by LCC road surfacing with hundreds of litres of road tar entering the system, the secondary facing house drainage system is now equally becoming overwhelmed and contaminated with ongoing road chippings and and road tar.

Additionally due to and as a result of the the failures of LCC to be in compliance and follow correct highway standard surface road dressing road chippings continue unabated despite daily hand brushing and collection of the road chippings on both the pavement and the driveway.
