Overgrown hedge on inside of sharp bend

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 372611.

The hedge on the north side of the sharp bend has been allowed to grow without trimming. It is now very dangerous to turn right into Booground LaneL(Low Lane) as a vehicle on Holland Lane heading towards Skegness on the A52 is completely unsighted. An accident will occur at this junction. I would like immediate permission to erect a roadside mirror on my own land to help with sighting along the A52. Please advise asap. See also your ref:372513
