Rear edge of footway below front edge causing rain water to run away from kerb edge and flood into the drive of 47 seas end roadr

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 372682.

When LCC highways put in the dropped kerb no rear edge was put in. the rear edge of the of the access is lower than the road edge, therefore water does not run onto the road and into a nearby gully but back flooding the rear of the footway and the drive of 47 seas end road
